Do you give a discount for signing-up for the newsletter?

Yes, once you signup and your email address is confirmed you will receive your coupon code on the final welcome email we send you. The coupon can only be used once. You can signup at the bottom right of any page on this website.

I've placed an order with multiple items. Can my order be combined into one package?

Some products may require further customization before they are shipped and may be ready to ship after other products. In this case, each of your ordered items will be shipped out separately.
